The site for Sage & Spur was selected for its natural features and unique micro-climate. The higher elevation keeps the ranch fog free, oak trees cover 60% of the property and provide natural shade and shelter from elements. The property is nestled in a small canyon and enjoys protection from the on shore winds found in most of SLO.
